The Loef Restaurant is our buffet restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. From the rich breakfast buffet with croissants, Bircher muesli, fresh fruit salads, daily baked pastries, various juices to the lunch buffet with hot and cold dishes. With bread from Fort Negen, cheese from Kef and quality coffee from Buscaglione.
The blue Delft tiles of the interior, the name and the dishes are a nod to the maritime history of the Netherlands. It is an ode to the adventurous past that brought a wealth of flavours, cooking techniques, products and culinary rituals from all over the world to the Netherlands and shaped the country's food culture.
