Just when you think you’ve seen all the highlights that the 33 function rooms at the Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf have to offer, a short walk across the bridge spanning the lobby opens up an entirely new perspective. On this side of the hotel you’ll find our biggest conference room, not including the two halls. This popular room has a contemporary dark colour scheme and eye-catching light fixtures. Its quiet location at the end of this side of the conference facilities makes it perfect for conferences, with plenty of room for creativity and development. The room is equipped with the latest technology and is a popular choice for product and service launches by companies with a technical background or those seeking the right ambience to reinforce their messaging.

Like the "Teneriffa" (Tenerife) Room, this modern function room can be divided into two sections measuring 58 sqm and 143 sqm respectively. Along with the stylish lighting, one of the main highlights of the room are the large windows. The room looks out onto the lobby at the side, and from the back of the room there are views of the modern Airport City. The room has a built-in projector and screen and is perfect for meetings, lunch breaks or dinners. From here it’s just a short walk to any of our four restaurants, where you can enjoy a varied selection of creative and delicious dishes.

This stylish room dispenses with wood elements on the walls, opting instead for clean lines and a modern ambience in which ideas can flow freely. Like all rooms in the hotel, it benefits from natural light, has a built-in projector and screen and is suitable for a variety of uses thanks to a range of flexible seating options. The "Dubai Room" is the ideal size for events of all kinds, making it one of the most frequently booked rooms in the hotel.

At the Maritim Hotel Düsseldorf, a walk past Dubai and Mauritius will take you to Moscow. This modern room decorated in beige and blue tones provides a focused working environment during the day thanks to light streaming in through the large windows. This 115 sqm room can be divided into two sections (a 57 sqm, b 58 sqm) and is the perfect setting for a conference or banquet. Whether you’re watching the built-in screen or gazing at the hustle and bustle in the lobby outside, you’ll love this stylishly appointed room. One wall of the room is made completely of glass but can be darkened for privacy during confidential presentations. Like all areas of our hotel, this room has modern air conditioning and ventilation technology, so you don’t have to worry about mopping beads of sweat from your brow during summer.

Directly adjoining the "Peking" (Beijing) C Room and with access to the foyer, the "Estepona Room" makes a perfect conference office. The 58 sqm room also has plenty of space for storing anything from the adjoining room that isn’t needed. Nevertheless, describing this room merely as an annex doesn’t do justice to its suitability as a small, but perfectly appointed location for meetings and gatherings. Many a breakthrough in difficult negotiations has been achieved under the spectacular ceiling lights in this room. If you’re having a small meeting or intimate dinner and don’t need a big stage, this room is the perfect choice.

The "Kairo" (Cairo) and "Luxor" rooms have been specially designed for board meetings or important negotiations. The room seats between 6 and 10 people (as shown) and has an elegant ambience that is conducive to calm, in-depth discussion. The high-quality furnishings and sophisticated colour scheme provide the perfect backdrop for interesting dialogue. Both rooms have a built-in projection screen.
