The "Saal Maritim" (Maritim Hall) is the biggest of the 16 function rooms at the Maritim Airport Hotel Hannover. With 1,400 sqm of space, it offers countless possibilities for all types of events, whether it’s a convention, fair, incentive, party conference, roadshow, kick-off or large company celebration. The "Saal Maritim" (Maritim Hall) offers an impressively wide variety of possible uses. Following extensive refurbishment, the room now also boasts the latest technology, including modern LED lighting and a new PA system, which ensures that sound is distributed evenly throughout the room.

With its magnificent chandeliers and huge space, the "Saal Hannover" (Hanover Hall) is ideal not only for conferences, workshops and seminars, but also for special occasions, such as weddings or company celebrations. The light-flooded inner courtyard and floor-to-ceiling windows allow daylight to stream into the room, while the wood panelling and mirror elements create an elegant atmosphere. The function room has a permanently installed stage, state-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation technology and a harmonious lighting concept, supported by a dimmable illuminated ceiling. A PA system adapted to the room’s acoustics is also provided. 

With a 270 sqm event space, the "Saal Lagenhagen" (Lagenhagen Hall) is a perfect setting for seminars, events and traditional conferences for up to 300 people in theatre-style seating. In a classroom-style seating arrangement, up to 174 conference participants can enjoy a view of the outside. Every successful conference needs state-of-the-art event equipment that is tailored to the requirements of the space. This room has a PA system with sound mixing desk, a built-in projection screen, video and data projectors and a light mixing desk.

The "Sprengel, Marschner and Herrenhausen Rooms" are bright and airy, with the contrasting carpets and white walls providing a modern touch. The sweeping window façades in the individual rooms let plenty of daylight in and offer great views of the adjacent green area. Each of the rooms has smart glass that can be darkened if required, a motorised screen that can be lowered electrically as well as a tuned, built-in PA system.

For successful presentations, look no further than the "Salon Ernst August" (Ernst August Room), which is suitable for press conferences, company meetings, workshops, seminars and similar events for up to 60 people. The open atmosphere encourages productivity and creativity. A range of seating options as well as multimedia equipment help to create a dynamic, flexible and focused working environment.

Why not offer your guests the very best? In the "Salon Niedersachsen" (Lower Saxony Room), your meetings and workshops are guaranteed to be successful. The pleasant atmosphere and professional conference equipment will help you convey your message more effectively. The modern, daylight-filled conference room can accommodate up to 50 people and offers views of the comings and goings at the airport. The standard technology provided includes Wi-Fi, projector, motorised projection screen, pinboard, flipchart and presentation materials. We provide everything you need for a successful conference. You can book additional equipment on request, thus giving you the option of tailoring the facilities in the conference room to your specific requirements. Not only does this make packing easier, but it also reduces the amount of effort and stress for you.

The "Kestner and Maschsee Rooms" each offer 50 sqm of flexible space for your event. With their clean, modern lines, these rooms look out directly over the green area outside. The high ceiling and chandeliers are not only stylish, but also ensure that the room is uniformly and continuously lit and provide a bright, friendly atmosphere. The centrally positioned projector and screen that can be lowered electrically can be used with all seating options. The installed PA system, which is adapted to the room’s acoustics, can also be adapted to suit the respective seating arrangement. State-of-the-art air conditioning and ventilation technology ensures that the temperature is always comfortable.
