The Maritim Seehotel Timmendorfer Strand combines the elegance of a classic holiday hotel with long-standing tradition and culinary excellence. Lutz Niemann has been providing the latter in the gourmet restaurant "Orangerie" for over 30 years. Thanks to his refined, virtuoso and purist way of cooking, the native of Lower Saxony has held a Michelin star since 1994. And because special food also needs special wine, restaurant manager Ralf Brönner recommends suitable drinks. Or perhaps you would prefer to enjoy the star cuisine of the "Orangerie" in a more rustic setting - then the Friesenstube is just the thing. In the lakeside terrace restaurant with a view of the Baltic Sea, you can not only enjoy the morning breakfast buffet, but also indulge in typical Nordic dishes. Refresh yourself from April to September with a beer and a light snack on our large Beach lounge directly on the beach or try a delicious cocktail in the Windjammer Bar.
